I work part-time time in marketing and am just about to finish my double degree (Communications/Arts) at UQ. I will move into full time by the beginning of next year. I don't have any pets, but will love yours if you have them! I read, colour in, watch the latest movie or tv show, go to the beach, walk, and love going out to eat. I am a mature potential roommate who will keep a quiet space and rarely drinks or spends late nights out. I do not smoke/vape and I do not own pets.

I am flexible on moving in, and don't have a preferred move-in date. I am looking for something long-term only (minimum 6+ months) and prefer a place where a lease is likely to be renewed.

I am looking for a sharehouse with a private bathroom only - please do not message with listings that do not have these. I would prefer 1-2 other people living in the house at maximum, if possible. I also prefer off-street parking in a locked car park facility, but am happy with street parking too!
