Allanah

Hi, I'm Allanah! I'm moving to Sydney from Melbourne to begin a new job in mid-December. I'm looking for a room to stay, for up to 12 months to December 2026 (but am open to shorter stays too).

I'm looking for:
- Move in between December 8-13
- A furnished room with bed, storage, and desk
- Close to PT, for easy access to CBD and airport
- Flexible with number of housemates
- I won't have a car (so no car park needed) but will likely want bike storage.

About me:
- I'm a tidy and easygoing person who likes a chat but will also respect privacy and space.
- I'm an arts administrator and will be working full-time (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) in the CBD. I'll also travel for work occasionally.
- Outside of my work, I'm also a semi-professional musician (sax, flute and clarinet). That does mean some solo practice at home, but I'm always respectful of others around me - no late night practice or band rehearsals at home!
- My other hobbies include seeing performances (especially musical theatre and classical), running, gym, and exploring local nature reserves and cafes/restaurants.
- I have a strong rental history and have never missed a payment.
- Non-smoker.
