Hey, I'm Max - I'm 36 and have lived in Melbourne most of my life, a decade or so between Europe and Australia. I’m currently studying International Relations and work as a private language tutor, so I’m usually in a steady routine.

I’m someone who keeps things clean, enjoys a relaxed home environment, and actually likes cooking. In my downtime I’m usually cycling, doing yoga or learning languages. I’m not a big party person, but always up for a good chat or sharing a meal.

What I’m Looking For
A place from early January - open to joining an existing sharehouse with one other person, taking over a lease, or a place on my own. My current place is being sold, so I’m keeping things flexible.

Prefer the inner north (Northcote, Thornbury, Brunswick and surrounds) or inner city and south (Richmond, Windsor, Balaclava etc) but I’m open to other areas that are well-connected.

What I’m Like to Live With
I’m reliable with rent, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. I’ve lived in plenty of sharehouses and always aim to be respectful of routines, privacy, and everyone’s home rhythm.

I work from home sometimes but I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself when people are busy. I’m friendly and easy to be around, but also appreciate downtime.
