Ollie: 30yo chef from Bristol, UK. Looking for a job in a fine-dining resto / italian wine bar in the inner city area. My passion is Italian food, but I enjoy cooking all types of cuisine in general and connecting with others over food.
During the week or on workdays, I prefer to have chilled evenings at home. On days off, I enjoy visiting food produce markets, cooking for friends and enjoying meals together with a few drinks. When the weather is good I like to spend time in the outdoors hiking, on the beach, or in parks / exploring local neighbourhoods. My other hobbies include producing electronic music, skateboarding, and gaming.
Annie: 26yo geotechnical engineer, also from Bristol. Looking for a job in engineering sector, probably including a mix of office/site-work. Lover of all activities outdoors: hiking, kayaking, running, climbing, beach trips, and caving to name a few.
My job will be on a 9-5 schedule, sometimes with early starts, so for this reason I also prefer quieter evenings during the week. For weekends, I'm planning on buying a car for future hiking/camping trips in the surrounding national parks. Also enjoy reading, thrifting, skateboarding and attending music concerts in my free time.
