Hiiii my name is Shantel, and I am looking for someone (or a couple) who is welcoming, friendly, clean and organised to share a property with me. I currently do not have a space yet but would love to meet someone who would want to begin the application process with me. I am a 27-year-old public servant, working for the government full time and also a full-time student who studies A Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting and Tax.
I am a friendly, quite talkative (some would say I could talk to a brick wall), I love meeting new people and making friends. I value a clean and tidy space and would want to live in a space where we could discuss any issues and grievances openly as I value communication. I have been living with my current roommates (a couple) for 2 years and am moving out as they are a couple who are nearing engagement/marriage who now wish to live alone, so off I go.
My goal is to live in an apartment, house or townhouse in the city or surrounding area, with a preference for newer and spacious properties. I also would want the Master bedroom/en-suited bedroom and would be happy to discuss how this work out e.g. you would get the carpark if there was only. I have done plenty of searching and have a great shortlist. I aim to pay max. $550 per week each if it's two tenants (so $1,100 max for a property max.).
I am also open to a couple, especially in properties where there is two stories and larger apartments, so no one feels like they are on top of each other.
I would love to create an environment if possible, where we can make dinners together, watch movies, hang out, and possibly even become genuine friends!
Also, I need to be moved out by 3 February but have the option of moving out earlier if possibly.
Finally, I more than happy to meet up in person and have a coffee and dinner to get to know each other further!
Reach out if you are interested, more than happy to give my number.
