Due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m currently in urgent need of securing a room to rent before the 28th of April. I’m a medically discharged veteran, currently studying at JMC Academy, and a single dad.
I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person who’s easy to live with. I’m looking for a 6-month lease and will be available to move in from the 17th of April. I’m more than happy to meet any requirements and can provide anything needed.
The only consideration I have is parking, as my vehicle requires a minimum clearance of 2.3m.
