Hello potential housemates my name is Izzy I am 26 years old and work as a teacher aide four days a week while studying education full time, so I keep a pretty structured and balanced routine. I’m respectful, easy-going and value a clean, calm home environment. I’m reliable with rent and bills, communicate openly, and always do my part in shared spaces. 🌸💛

I’m very house-proud and come with a washing machine, a full lounge room setup and most kitchen essentials, so I can definitely contribute to making the place feel like home. I also have streaming platforms like Netflix and Disney+ that I’m happy to share.

I have a chocolate Spoodle who is walked a minimum of once day (he loves a hot girl walk with a pupachino) 🐻🐶 and a British Shorthair cat 🐱🌚 who are both fully house trained and have been on my previous two leases. They’re well looked after and settled. I completely understand pets aren’t for everyone, but I’m a very responsible owner and make sure they’re no trouble.

Overall, I’m friendly but also independent, and I really value living with considerate, like-minded people 😊
