Hi!

I'm David and I'm looking for a room to stay in for roughly 6-12 months. I currently work full time as a senior technician, currently managing a testing project for the new western harbor tunnel being built. I work long hours so I'm out of the house by 4:30am and back in at 7pm so you wont have to worry about me at all for the entire day.

I enjoy exercising and have a fairly active lifestyle, usually hitting the gym immediately after getting home and am an amateur boxer in my free time, so willing to pulverize any bad guys or miscreant no good dooers who break into our fine establishment.

I'm a fairly easy going guy, I dont throw parties (wont mind if you do) keep shared spaces nice and clean and am more than willing to participate in an homestead activities you have planned for the weekends.
