I am moving in from NZ to work full time in Southbank. I will be travelling a lot as well - at least once a month.

Looking for a place that is walkable to train / bus and within 45 minutes commute from Southbank.

I am easy going, get along with anyone and loves pets (I wont be having one in Brisbane, but I do back in NZ).

Always willing to help out in and around the house and pro-actively keeps the house tidy and clean.

Not into parties etc. and unlikely to have any guests. However I am social with other housemates.
May not need a car park as I will use public transport / walk.

I love conversations and happy to chat about anything in general
