I’ve got 3+ years of flatting experience, so I’m clean, reliable, and used to sharing spaces with others. Outside of work I’m big into music/gigs, all sports, fashion, and checking out new bars/cafes around the city. Always down for drinks or a yarn, but equally happy doing my own thing too.
Budget is around $200–300 per week, incl. bills. Keen to live with like-minded people and make the place feel like home! Cheers!
