I have lived at my current place since 2022, the house before that 2022-2018, and 2018-2015 before that, showing I am a reliable tenant that landlords/realestates are happy to offer another year lease to.
I work full time over in Milton, so access to public transport is a must as I don't drive.
I have a 10 year old indoor cat, so a place that is pet friendly is a must but without other pets as she is a rescue and doesn't like furry company.
I come with furniture, so a Team Up is great if we want to furnish a place or a garage to store what you already have.
