My name is Dhanyasri, and I am a 24-year-old female international student from India. I will be moving to Brisbane for my Semester 2 studies at QUT and expect to arrive around 20th July. I am actively searching for a long-term room, female-only house and would ideally like to stay for at least 6 months.

I am friendly, respectful, clean, tidy, and easy to live with. I am a non-smoker, do not party, and I value a quiet, clean, and peaceful home environment. I will be studying full-time while also working part-time to support my living expenses. I am responsible with my finances and will always pay rent on time.

As I am moving to Australia on my own, my privacy and personal safety matters to me. If there is any room available, I would be happy to arrange an online inspection. I am hoping to secure accommodation before arriving in Brisbane so that I can move in directly upon arrival.
