I am currently looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful place to live on the Gold Coast.

I am a friendly, easy going and respectful person. I value privacy, personal space and a harmonious living environment. I have a stable work schedule and a regular lifestyle. I enjoy keeping my room clean and tidy, and I always pay attention to maintaining shared areas. I will pay rent and bills on time and treat the property with care and respect, just like my own home.

I previously lived and worked in Sydney, and due to my work arrangements and future lifestyle plans, I am now exploring suitable long term accommodation opportunities on the Gold Coast.

At the same time, one of my female colleagues will be relocating from Sydney to the Gold Coast in September due to a work transfer. While looking for a suitable place for myself, I am also helping her explore accommodation options. We hope to find a safe, comfortable and convenient place where we can settle down and gradually become part of the local community.

We are open to different options, including renting a whole apartment or house if available. If a suitable private room in a quality share house is available, we are also happy to consider it. We believe sharing a home with friendly and respectful people is also a great way to meet new friends, adapt to the Gold Coast lifestyle, and build connections in a new city.

We both have a quiet and stable lifestyle. We are non-smokers, do not hold loud parties, and prefer a clean, organised and peaceful home environment. In our spare time, we enjoy simple activities such as walking, having coffee, exploring local places and experiencing the relaxed lifestyle of the Gold Coast.

Our work situation is stable, and if we find a suitable home that matches our needs, we would like to stay for the long term. We hope to find a responsible and friendly landlord who values good communication and a respectful relationship with tenants.

If possible, we would prefer to communicate directly with the property owner rather than only through an agent. Since we are originally from China, having a landlord who can communicate in Chinese would be very helpful and make daily communication easier and more comfortable. Of course, we also respect and appreciate landlords from all backgrounds, and our main priority is building trust, maintaining good communication and taking good care of the property.

Our budget is around AUD $300–$800 per week, depending on the location, condition of the property and overall living environment.

We sincerely hope to meet a kind and responsible landlord, find a comfortable home, and create a positive living experience for everyone.
