I am currently looking to move into a self-contained studio apartment or a one-bedroom (1BHK) unit that I can live in entirely on my own. My preference is strictly for an independent living space, I am not looking to share the apartment with any roommates or flatmates, as I would like full privacy and autonomy over the property for the duration of my tenancy.
I would also prefer the apartment to be fully furnished, and it's important to me that the kitchen is located inside the apartment itself, rather than a shared or communal kitchen setup. Having my own private kitchen and furnished living essentials in place would make the move-in process much smoother, since I wouldn't need to source or transport furniture and appliances separately.
In terms of additional requirements, I do not need a dedicated parking space as part of the lease. If the unit you're offering does include one, I'm happy for you to rent it out separately to another tenant or party, since it isn't something I would be using myself. This also means I'm open to properties that may not have parking included at all, which could broaden the range of options available to me.
I'm hoping to find something that suits a single occupant comfortably, ideally with a functional layout, decent natural light, and proximity to public transport or key amenities, depending on what's available within my budget and preferred location. Also, I am happy to negotiate.
