Im a Melbourne local (NOT an international student. Aus citizen, English speaking only) I am currently renting a beautiful industrial style apartment in Richmond and am having to move out in the next month. looking for a nice place similar to my current and previous rentals. happy to provide further info and have a chat. Previously rented a large art deco apartment in st. Kilda for 6 years. Lifelong Melbourne local. Work in Blackburn so looking that side of the city. Areas such as Fitzroy/east Melbourne/Richmond/south Yarra/hawthorn/Camberwell/Collingwood/Brighton etc. Or further out Belgrave/FTG/upwey area.
30 year old local, male, full time work at a high end automotive business, lover of fine foods, wine, cars, design, photography, roadtrips, eating out and cooking. Love a glass of nice wine but Not a party person, non smoker etc. your apartment looks lovely.
Currently living alone but all previous housemates I've had were females, I think it's a better more equal vibe. But currently looking for something on my own, smaller apartment, studio/1 bedroom, sublet etc.
I am needing somewhere with secure parking for a large sedan. No stackers. Safe easy parking. Safe on street parking possibility considered depending on suburb/street.
Looking to find somewhere quickly and happy to pay any deposit or rent upfront to secure something.
Not interested in any group homes/share houses/student housing/commercial share housing. Only looking for genuine properties as per my requirements. nice home is important, not looking for something cheap and basic.
