I am primarily seeking a whole property or fully self contained wing/floor to rent by myself, but am potentially open to other arrangements.

I CAN PROVIDE:
- negotiable stay-length/lease term
- immediate bond payment in full + two weeks rent in advance (or more if required)
- multiple references from
current landlord, current housemates, previous manager and more
- a full current equifax credit check
- fixed, permanent income
- proof of income
- photo ID and over 100 points of supporting identification
- a full detailed report and evidence of 6 years+ rental history including past tenancy agreements if required

With over 6 years of rental history, I am an experienced tenant and considerate tenant, (or neighbour/housemate) - and thrive in a respectful environment free from discrimination. I am someone who values my alone time and personal space and enjoys a quiet lifestyle focused on personal academic and creative endeavours.
A clean, tidy and well maintained space is a necessity and non-negotiable in my life, and with a passion for interior design and homemaking, i would be thrilled to work alongside homeowner/housemate/landlord to truly nurture a home.

I do not smoke, drink or participate in parties etc. at all and prefer a sober lifestyle. I am a vegetarian and creative, and love writing, interior design, photography and music. :))
