Hello flatmates, currently looking to make a move from Brisbane to Sydney and rent a place with someone(s).

Ideally I would love to live with one other person and share a house or apartment with 3 bedrooms for an extra shared office/living space as I regularly work from home, but understand that may be a stretch. Would definitely consider doing a team up if you don't have a place already.

I'm also very open to joining a larger share-house if the space and vibes are right. Please don't hesitate to reach out.

Would love to stay fairly central, and have been looking around the Inner West mostly. Newtown (or close by) would be amazing.

A bit about me: I'm a queer cis-man, and am a big nerd and love video games and board games. Also looking to get into the community theatre scene in Sydney. I'm a software engineer working full-time from home. I'm quite a tidy and organised person. I like to be able to spend time with my roommates, as well as have friends over sometimes, but prefer a dinner party or games night that ends at a reasonable hour. I also like my me time reading or enjoying a good TV or video game binge. I'm fairly active and am usually a bit of an early to bed early to rise person during the week.

Definitely hoping to live with other LGBTI+ folks. Ideally I enjoy developing a connection with my roommates as I'm a fairly social person. I want to be comfortable having friends around, both mine and yours, but being respectful of space, and time is very important to me.
