- I’m clean / tidy / quiet
- I enjoy cooking, reading, the occasional craft activity, gardening, going camping ect
- I’m not at home heaps but when I am home I like it to be a nice chill vibe
- Would like to be able to enjoy each others company, share meals, debrief drinks, maybe the occasional board game but also have alone time/space
- I’m happy for pets but would just have to be approved by real estate agent

About the type of places I’m looking at:
- I’ve been looking in the St Albans (more the Ginifer train station end), West Sunshine and West Footscray area (close to Sunshine/Footscray hospital) and ideally walking distance to train station
- Up to $550pw
- 2-3bed unit/townhouse (bedroom each then study space)
- Ideally I’d love 2 bathrooms one w a bath
- Enough space for a proper dining table + TV zone
- Would like a lock up garage to store camping equipment
- Would like a small garden so I can have a veggie patch and I need outside time/sun to function
