I am looking for a room (or 2 if you have 2 available as I also have a friend looking for a room)

I’m 25 and have lived in share houses for the past 2 years. I am a respectable housemate and love to keep a place clean!!!! I love a good yap but also value and am respectful of alone time.

I work full time, will always been on time with rent and bills.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to Pilates, walks, shopping, going for a coffee or wine!

My budget is around up to $250 - $300 per week and I would love to live in Fitzroy, Collingwood, Carlton, Abbotsford but am open to any inner suburbs as I work in the city so would love an easy commute
