Hello I’m Sarah!

I’m an 42yr old woman that relocated to Melbourne for a lifestyle change. Looking at share housing first (around 12 mths) to get myself familiar with the area before I go out on my own, but happy to be flexible if the share house has a good vibe going and we get along incredibly well (honestly I detest moving)

I’m incredibly clean and tidy, easy to communicate, respectful of others, quiet and financially responsible and have a full time job which is hybrid (combo of wfh and in office time)

I’m looking for a safe home for myself and my two small older house trained dogs ( Maltese x Shitzus girls under 5kg each and both are 16yrs of age) in need of my own space. They are housetrained and quiet (no barking) and I take full responsibility for them (will not put onus on you to care for them)

In my downtime I do like to paint, go to the gym, meet up with friends, go to a gig or soak up any arts or cultural experience. Being my age, my partying days are over and I do like to chill out at home also, but will most likely be in my room more than common areas.

I very rarely drink, do not smoke cigarettes and have medical prescriptions for nicotine and cannabis which I vape (zero smell) and would do so in the privacy of my own room.

I’ve lived in share houses before and am incredibly respectful of other peoples spaces and belongings.
