Akayrii

Hi! I’m Akayrii, I’m 24 and a queer creative currently living in Sydney’s Inner West.

I work across a few creative ventures, including running my own talent agency, handmade press-on nail brand, and doing social media/content creation. I mostly work from home, but I’m also often out for shoots, events and work-related things.

I’m a clean, respectful and considerate housemate who loves having a cosy, welcoming home to come back to. I enjoy my own downtime and quiet moments to recharge, but I also love connecting with the people I live with, whether that’s having a chat in the kitchen, sharing a meal, watching something together or occasionally having friends over.

I’m definitely someone who appreciates a good balance between social and independent living. I don’t mind the occasional house gathering, dinner night or music-filled evening, but I also value everyone having their own space and feeling comfortable in their home.

I’ve lived in share houses before and understand the importance of communication, keeping shared spaces tidy and creating a respectful environment where everyone feels at home.

I’m hoping to find a place in the Inner West where I can settle in long-term and find a home, not just somewhere to stay.
