Hi! I’m 51 and single, and I recently moved to Sydney from Adelaide. I’m currently studying part-time and working part time.

I’m clean, quiet, considerate and very respectful of the person I live with and our shared space. I don’t smoke or drink and I’m definitely not a party person, but I’m friendly, outgoing and enjoy having a chat and getting to know the person I live with. I’m also very independent and completely happy doing my own thing.

I keep pretty busy with my studies and enjoy going to the gym and keeping active. I’m well travelled, speak French and some Spanish, love learning about pretty much anything, enjoy volunteering when I can, and have a big interest in vintage fashion.

I like my home to be clean, peaceful and comfortable. I’ve had great relationships with housemates in the past and some have become very good friends, but I also really value privacy and respect each other’s space.

I eat healthily and am currently mostly pescatarian/vegetarian. I don’t have any furniture with me as I’ve recently moved to Sydney, so a furnished room would be ideal.

I love animals, although I don’t currently have any pets with me in Sydney.
