I'm Jake, 32 years old from Yorkshire, England.

Looking for a 6 month rental from the 25th July.

I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment as a Sublet/Lease Transfer. Failing that, I am open to an ensuite room in a House share/

I'm a laid back, easygoing, respectful and clean guy and been in house shares on and off throughout my adult life so I know all the unspoken rules.

I work from home 3 days a week so hopefully you are OK with that.

On an evening and weekend, I enjoy cooking, exploring the area, watching sports, going out for a few beers or spending all day in a poker tournament.
