Looking for a 3 month rental (potentially with the option of extending) from Sunday 4th January

Preferably a house share with like-minded people of a similar age.

I'm a laid back, easygoing, respectful and clean guy and been in house shares on and off throughout my adult life so I know all the unspoken rules.

Looking to be within 30-40 minutes of the CBD by Public Transport

On an evening and weekend, I enjoy cooking, exploring the area, watching sports, dining out or spending all day in a poker tournament.
