Hi! I’m a 31 yr old queer & neurodivergent woman with her 2 dogs looking to team up with another woman around a similar age to find a 2+ bedroom house/villa/duplex/terrace/etc (basically anything with a private fenced backyard, no apartments) together in Sydney’s inner west. (Leichardt, lilyfield, rozelle, annandale etc areas preferred, but happy to go a little further out ❤️)
I’m a bit shy at first but still warm and friendly! I enjoy a social home and like hosting the occasional party, plus movie nights or board games with friends, which you will ofc be free (or encouraged, if you're like a vampire when it comes to invites to things, cause yeah same) to join in on! I’m always communicative about having people over, even if it’s just one friend, and I expect the same in return, as I am still somewhat introverted and don't always have my social battery charged up~ :)
I’m tidy & respectful in shared spaces, also hang at home fairly often, and flexible with routines around chores etc. I don’t smoke and I only drink socially.
I’m on Centrelink DSP and will be working part time (or more) by March 2026. My current budget is around $300 per week, with room to increase once I get work! Rent and bills are always a priority for me, so please try your best to not run the dryer for 4+ days in a row or something like that ahah.
I also have two low-energy (they literally like to sleep for 20 hours a day) rough collies (Lassie dogs) who live indoors and love being around people. They do shed a fair bit, and I keep on top of it best I can, so being genuinely dog-friendly is important! Also I am open to taking them on walks together ✨️ Ideally I want them to be the only dogs, and I would not like to live with a cat. Sorry! I love them, but they tend to mess with my home decor interest 😭
Ideally looking for someone kind, reliable, and communicative who’s interested in sharing a place for around 6 to 9 months. LGBTQI+, nerdy, and generally whimsical people are a bonus~ Also, home decor is one of my special interests, so I’d love for that to be one of the things we chat about beforehand to see if our vibes align ✨️ (vision board swap?? 👀)
Also, I am very anti-big light 😤 (lighting is my favourite part of decor ✨️)
