Requirements:
- I come with 2 beautiful Staffies, Mando and Kaija (shared half the time with my ex), who would love extra people to cuddle. They are the friendliest loving dogs!🐶🐶
- A yard 🪴 or at least a small courtyard
- Off-street parking 🚘 or permit
- Bedroom that fits a queen bed, ideally BIR and has space for a desk/craft space (or a spare room we share with a similar setup)

About me:
- In my early 30s and wanting a calm, creative environment, I love to socialise but also need my alone time
- Wanting housemates who prioritise building meaningful connections. Would love to be around others who also try to live with intention for the most part.
- Would love to live with house-proud individuals who like to cook great food, laugh and connect! I don’t like clutter but love to be surrounded by beautiful things and creating a good atmosphere to feel safe and comfortable in 😊

I’m working in Southbank/Melbourne and Port Melbourne and want to reduce my commute time but am now open to exploring the north as I haven’t had any luck in the South East in the last few months.
