Hi there!
My name is Roman, I’m 20 years old and from Germany. Together with my German mate (21), I’m currently looking for two private rooms in Sydney. We would like to move in between the 5th and 7th of January and are planning to stay until early March (around the 10th).
We’re looking for a place in or around Ultimo, Alexandria, Surry Hills, the CBD, or Inner West, ideally close to a train station. A garage or parking space would be great, but it’s not a requirement.
We already know each other well and have been living together in our own apartment here in Alexandria. We’re open-minded, friendly, and respectful, and it’s very important to us to keep the place clean, tidy, and well organised. We enjoy cooking together, but also like going out from time to time.
We both work full-time and have a stable, regular income. Additionally, we’re happy to provide a reference from our current landlady, who can share her experience as our landlord and confirm that we’re reliable and responsible tenants.
We’re both active, members of a gym, and enjoy jogging and staying fit. Overall, we’re calm, easygoing people who value a positive and comfortable living environment.
