I'm a 25-year-old full-time professional engineer originally from New Zealand, looking for a room in a friendly and relaxed share house.

My job often takes me away for site visits, so I can be out of the house for extended periods. When I'm home, I'm always keen for a board game night, shared meal or movie, but also enjoy having my own downtime.

I'm into cooking and baking, walking and exploring, watching sport (especially F1), and a good film or TV show.

I'm tidy, respectful and experienced with long-term shared living. I have a reference from my previous landlord of four years and have just finished a year living with three other people.

Ideally, I'm looking for a clean, relaxed household with friendly housemates around my age, where people enjoy some socialising but also respect each other's space. I'm hoping to find somewhere longer-term and feel at home.

Air conditioning in the room is a must-have.
