I am 22 and have been renting for the last 4 years, 2 of those in Naarm after moving from NSW in 2023. Can provide beaming references from my darling landlords upon request.
I have my own furniture, appliances and cookware available, so can easily set up a place from scratch.
I'm big on direct and respectful communication, organisation and clear expectations regarding housekeeping - the more you can tidy up after yourself the better

Looking for a social and supportive house. Keen on the ocassional shared dinner, cosy home gigs/jams, movie/game nights etc.
Dreaming of a dedicated, shared music room/space in the home. Access to nature would be huge. Keen on your pets and gardens! Plenty of experience caring for both
