We are a couple looking for a comfortable and clean place to rent. My girlfriend is from Taiwan and hold Australian PR, so she has a stable job here. I’m from Peru and currently doing postgraduate studies while working part-time.
We are very tidy and quiet, and we highly value a peaceful and well-maintained living environment. We are looking for a place where we can have our own private bedroom, and also access to the living room and kitchen.
We are responsible tenants, able to pay rent on time, and will take good care of the property. We hope to find a long-term, stable home that matches our lifestyle.
