I'm a 23-year-old female student who prefers living in a cozy studio with convenient transportation (next to metro, or within 1km walk from main train stations) as sometimes I work night shift at the CBD.
Flat share would fit if the bathroom is shared between 2-3 people and the fridge is clean and hygienic. I enjoy a quiet and organized space.
