Ciao! I’ve arrived almost 3 weeks ago here in Sydney and been in hostels since. I’m already tired of moving every few days to find the “Holy Hostel”..
So.. let’s start by saying I’m a 28-year-old Italian man on a working holiday, already working full time as a Chef de partie in a mexican restaraunt in Wynyard.
When I'm not cooking I think about eating, I really love my job.
I like to return from work and find my house and my belongings organised and clean. You will find me sitting on the sofa, minding my own business and reading about my interests. I’m a professional sleeper, but I also love a good chat over some beers.
