My name is Connor, and I am a newly enrolled PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, commencing on 1 March in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. I am very interested in your property and believe I would be a reliable and long-term tenant.

Originally from Calgary, Canada, I moved to Adelaide in 2020 to complete a Master’s by Research at the University of South Australia (now Adelaide University), where I was awarded a scholarship that covered tuition and provided a living stipend. Following my degree, I continued working within the university sector as a tutor, lecturer, and researcher, including roles at Flinders University. I have consistently maintained stable employment within academia and will continue remote tutoring and marking work alongside my PhD, as well as gain employment at the University of Sydney.

I have been awarded both the University of Sydney International Stipend Scholarship and the International Tuition Fee Scholarship for my doctoral studies, ensuring secure and ongoing financial support throughout my degree. I intend to remain in Sydney for a minimum of four years to complete my PhD and am seeking a stable, long-term home for this period.

I am responsible, quiet, and take pride in maintaining a clean and well-cared-for living environment. I value stability, clear communication, and being a respectful, low-maintenance tenant. I would treat the property with care and consideration.
