Pierce and Jess

My name’s Pierce and my partner Jess and I have recently moved to Melbourne from the Sunshine Coast after completing our degrees. We’re here for long-term career opportunities and are really excited to settle into Melbourne properly.

We’re currently staying in an Airbnb in Northcote while we look for a more permanent place. We’re ideally hoping for a longer-term arrangement, but we’re flexible and open to what suits you best. To make things easy and secure a place quickly, we’re also happy to pay up to 10 weeks’ rent in advance.

A bit about us, we’re an easy-going, respectful couple who have done a lot of long-term travel, so we’re very used to living in other people’s homes (Airbnbs, granny flats, share houses, etc.) and always take pride in keeping spaces clean, tidy and well looked after. We genuinely treat other people’s property the way we’d want ours treated.

We’re quiet, responsible and not into partying at home, we prefer to enjoy Melbourne’s cafes, restaurants and outdoors. We’re both reliable, organised and ready to move in as soon as possible.
