Hello flatmates my name is Romain I’m 37 working full time.
I’m pretty chilled, I like working and keeping myself active most of the time. I’m very tidy and like to keep my space nice and clean.
On my free time I love riding bikes, going to gym, beach, hikes, stuff like that.
I like roommate chats and sharing stories but also value alone time and respect each other’s space. I’ve been house sharing for years so that’s not new to me at all. I have an excellent renting history and always pay on time.
I am single, non smoker, no kids, no pets.
Ready to move in now or soon and flexible with length of stay but at least 3 months.
Surrounding suburbs are fine too.
I’m pretty easy with the place I’m looking for, only thing is I would like a covered parking space (carports, underground parking or garage, etc)
