Female, 29, just relocated here from Auckland, NZ and looking for a flat/share-house in (ideally) the inner North-ish.

I work full time as an e-Commerce Manager, and will be working from home so if there's a pre-existing desk or space for one, that would be best.

I'm reliable with bills/rent and looking for somewhere that's clean, comfortable + peaceful, and a flatmate/s that values the same, as I'm keen to create and maintain a good vibe at home.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time reading, going on walks, swimming, cooking, trying to build a gym habit, exploring - coffee, food, museums, etc., or binge watching the odd series.

Not after a party flat, but I enjoy the occasional music event or end of week bevvy with friends. Day to day I'm a bit of a homebody and will mainly be occupied with work, staying active, and meal prepping.

I'm social and always up for a chat, hang out or movie night in, but also need to balance activities with downtime/a recharge.

Flexible with the lease length - anything from 3 months to a year+ would be considered.
