Tom and Eddie

Hiya! My name is Tom, and me and my friend Eddie are looking to start a new share house from mid September onwards. Seeking a place close to the city with some yard/courtyard space, and ideally space to create a creative home studio, as both of us are artists. $750 is the tippy top of our combined budget for the perfect place, but $600 is more comfy. Looking to find one other person but also open to couples/groups of two.

A little bit about us:
I'm (he, him) currently on job seeker, and when I'm not job hunting, I'm usually volunteering at an op shop, doing various art and craft projects, sewing, reading, gaming, or listening to music. I enjoy going to the occasional gig, and spending time out in nature. Hoping to start a proper veggie garden when I move, so my horticultural qualifications aren't a total waste.
Eddie (they, them) works full time making cochlear implants! And because that's not enough they also work as a sound tech at some independent music venues, and DJ when time allows. In their spare time, they game, watch movies, make music and do oil painting.

We are both neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ and also vegetarian/vegan.

I have many years of share house experience and love setting them up with care and intentionality, in order to create a safe haven where everyone can be themselves. We both value our peace and quiet, but are not opposed to having gatherings, just not trying to set up a party house.

We come with lots of furniture and a few essentials (washing machine, dryer, fridge). I'm looking to get a dog in the future (grey hound), but we are open to looking with people who already have pets.
