Description of me:
Hello! I'm Drew (30 y/o male), I'm a recent university graduate, and I'm looking for a place to call home in my next chapter in life; a place where I can relax with cool people and work from home as I set up my business in animation and 3D printing. I've been living in Melbourne for 7 years now since I moved down from Tropical North Queensland (Cairns). I've unfortunately been forced to move out along with the rest of my roommates due to the landlord looking to sell the house, so now I'm back on the search to look for a new home!

My quirks:
- I'm gay and single, though not your classic gay…more of an alternative flavour! I’m not overly active, but I prefer a space where everyone can be open and non-judgmental about having company over.
- I like to clean during my work breaks, so expect a relatively cleaner house if you have me as your housemate!
- I'm quiet, tidy, respectful of others around me, and am always happy for a good chat.
- I'm more of a nerd than a party animal; I prefer enjoying a good video game with/without friends (big Nintendo fan here) over going to the clubs, but I do like a good boogie out now and then.
- I don't smoke, but I do drink on social occasions, though; I love me a good Chandon or Shiraz.
- I have no pets but am a big animal person! Having a home with a pet makes life that little bit more comforting and exciting, I'd say :). I also pet sit as a side hustle, but don’t fret! This is most often at the client’s home rather than my own.

My stats:
- I have a bed and work desk, so I require a sizeable bedroom or an extra space to put said desk, former preferred.
- I don't drive, but I do have an open license. I plan to have a car in the near future for work so a parking space would be desirable but not required.
- I currently own a Wacom tablet, and will be working with 3D printers! So I will be open for commissions (I've made myself everyday items like tweezers and personalised business cards). The 3D printers are quiet and can stay in either my bedroom or a safe space while they're in use.

My availability:
I've been kicked out with short notice and am currently living in good faith with some close friends of mine, so I’m available immediately! I'm looking for a current permanent location while I set up my business and make my mark in Melbourne! :D
