Location: inner-Sydney and CBD suburbs close to public transport access, retail shopping access

Amenities: air conditioning or good home insulation to block out harsh climatic conditions (Cannot deal with a hot Sydney summer - I'm from Melb), black-out blinds in the room, washing machine.

I enjoy watching TV, trying new recipes, keeping fit, hanging out with friends and exploring the sights of Sydney. I'm keen for the occasional housemate get-togethers. I am quiet on weeknights.

I am big on cleanliness, so looking for a place with clean communal areas and housemates who clean up after themselves.
