I tend to do long hours out 6 days a week dedicated to classes and study, and mainly take care of my health/wellbeing (non-smoker, non-drinker) - gym, walks, and seeing family

I’m looking into relocating closer to my campus, hence would like a quiet and tidy place to focus on my studies, preferably 12 months or longer : )
