Hello!! I have lived in share houses for the last 10 years so would consider myself experienced in that regard. I have lived with all boys and all girls before without any issues! I have been a sub tenant and the one solely on the lease too! Never paid a bill late :D
I am down to earth, friendly and always up for a chat/ debrief of the day and would love to be friends with my housemates too - but also respect their need for privacy.
I work 34 hrs per week at a hospital and also have my own beauty business on the side! I operate from my room! *do require more spacious room* /study (Happy to pay more)

Ideally looking for a southside house in mount Gravatt, Coorparoo, Greenslopes, Annerly, Holland park, Norman park area! With another one or two like minded individuals!

I do have a little silver tabby called Winnie whose quite shy at first but eventually warms up to company. She is an indoor cat mostly, but loves going outside in the backyard (cat proofed)
On my weekends you'll find me working from home,(1 hr) catching up with friends or some social drinks! or binging the latest netflix series!
I like to keep common areas tidy and clutter free and well decorated (see photos)
Perfect way to spend sunday is a cheese board, wine and some netflix!
Bonus points if you're into cars
I do have a lot of furniture already but happy to negotiate and can place things in storage if needed :)
