24, M, with a corporate job in Sydney CBD.

I'm originally from Wollongong, and have been living out of home in Sydney for the last 6 years so I'm experienced with the expectations and courtesies of renting. I'm easy going, open minded, and respectful of other people's habits and needs. Clean household is a non negotiable.

I'll be working 9-5 5 days a week in the city and have a work set up in my room so we'll probably not run into each other much, but would enjoy talking if our schedules do align. I'll also spend a lot of time at my partner's house.

I'm looking for a room or some people who will find a place together. Ideally 12+ months but open to short term. I'm prioritising houses with plenty of natural sunlight, and near enough to public transport as I have to commute to the city every day.
