Hi, I’m looking for a place to stay in (inner-city) Brisbane for 2026. I’m currently living in a sharehouse apartment with mates in West End, but our lease ends on 12th December 2025, so I’m looking to move into a new place either in December, or in January after the holiday break. I can make flexible arrangements where necessary. Somewhere close (or reasonable distance) to the city is preferred.

I’m a 25-yo male from NSW originally, but moved to Brisbane for university a few years ago, and have since graduated and stayed here to pursue my career. I currently work full-time in the city as a property valuer. I commute to work everyday via e-scooter/bus/walking, but I do have a car, so would still need parking of some sort; either a designated car park or reliable street parking.

I’m easy to get along with and can live with anyone. In my spare time I like to relax, train/exercise, spend time with my girlfriend, see friends, go out, travel, etc.
I’m clean/tidy and respectful. Non-smoker, but down for a drink occasionally. I stay on top of my chores and always pay rent on time.

Happy to be flexible with arrangements.
