I'm looking for short-term accommodation from mid-late December until late January (flexible with dates). Such as a sub-let, student housing, bungalow, housesitting, etc.
Preference is for a room to rent in a light, spacious house/townhouse/unit in the Port Phillip, Stonington, Boroondara or Banyule and surrounding areas.

I am tidy, contribute with cleaning and will respect the place is though it's my own. I'll be busy with work and other commitments most of the time. Only required until the end of January/school holiday.
