I'm an lgbt+ full-time executive assistant currently working in Brisbane! I'm hoping to relocate to around the Northgate or Chermside areas to keep close to my work and travel more easily towardsy family, but I'm also consider areas around South Brisbane and even out to St Lucia as these are areas I vibe with. (All the suburbs in between also interest me - think Lutwyche, Nundah, Fortiude Valley, good old Indooroopilly etc.)

I'm an early riser, so I can get out of your way in the morning fairly easily, and my job is hybrid, so if you ever need me to run you an errand during the day, I can do that. I don't smoke but don't mind people who smoke or vape, providing it's on a balcony or outside. I don't mind pets either. Currently searching solo but open to pairing up with someone or a share house taking me under their wing!

Current budget is up to $575 a week (incl. bills, parking etc) - not ideal but due to recent experiences, I've had to add solo renting to my list of possibilities. These days I'm pretty quiet - I don't bring anyone over. Whilst I don't mind some household mess, I prefer it not to be a long-term occurrence and I am looking for housemates that actively do chores.

Otherwise, I frequent the gym, and I'm slowly building up my hobbies - rock climbing and movie clubs are the main ones but I'm thinking of joining some hiking and pilates clubs, and maybe other activities. I'm originally from Brisbane, but I have lived in the Philippines for a hot minute.
