Hi! We’re Luca, Leon and Raen: 3 uni students (Science) with guarantors looking for a house from January 2027.

Why we’re low risk tenants
- Guarantors available for all three of us and we can provide more than one per person if needed
- Part time income from each of us
- Rental history for all three of us, references available
- Planning to stay long term, with a lease of 12 months or more

About us
- Non-smokers, no pets
- Quiet, tidy and respectful of neighbours
- Out at uni or work most of the day
- Luca is back from a year on exchange in Copenhagen to finish his degree and work in Sydney

What we’re after
- A whole house or terrace with at least 3 bedrooms
- Budget of ~$1300/week total
- Close to PT routes
- We’re open to sharing with one or two others if the place has room for everyone

We pay rent on time, report maintenance issues early and take care of the places we live in. We’re happy to meet in person or on video and we can send a complete application as soon as you ask.
