Julia and Jazz

Hi! I’m Julia from Korea. My boyfriend and I are relocating to Melbourne because I’ll be starting my Master of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University this August, and he’ll be working as a mechanic.

We’re a clean, respectful and easygoing couple looking for a private room. We value a peaceful home, always clean up after ourselves, and are considerate of shared spaces. We’ll both be quite busy with our own schedules— I’ll be busy studying, and my boyfriend is usually busy working on cars—so we’re generally quiet and won’t be home very much. But we’re always happy to have a friendly chat. We’re excited to find a place we can call home :)

We’re looking for a private room within about a 40-minute commute (including walking time) to Swinburne University.

Preferred move-in date: Any time between 14 August and 6 September.

Budget: Up to A$400/week (including bills).
