Hi everyone!

We’re two girls in our mid-20s looking for a bigger place to live (2-bedroom apartment or house). We’re open to lease transfers or taking over a place if you’re moving out soon.

A bit about us — we both work full-time (one as an architect and the other as a legal assistant). We’re quiet, chill, and respectful tenants — no parties, no pets, and non-smokers.

We’re after something long-term, ideally up to $500 per week, within 40 minutes by public transport to the city. Our wish list includes a designated parking space, a dishwasher (or space for one), and air conditioning.

We’ve been renting our current home for over two years, always pay rent and bills on time, and take great care of the place.
