Fully independent self employed creative in my mid 30's working with the same client for 8+ years as well as other creative projects of my own. I have been living and renting on my own this year with my french bulldog Choki who is very well behaved and fully house trained. Great rental history and can provide references.

I'm looking for a potential studio or one bedroom apartment big enough for a bed, desk, and storage. Kitchenette is fine and a bathroom with laundry facilities is preferred but not necessary.

Alternatively I'm open to finding a room with one housemate who is good with dogs and respects privacy - happy to share coffee and chat occasionaly too. I make a mean bagel sandwich. Room will have to be big enough for desk and extra storage or if there's space in the living area for it, that'd be good too.

I work from home so this place will be my living and work space. I do however like to go out on a sunny day with Choki and sit at the park or cafe. I am quiet, tidy and I work a lot. What I do for fun? Love watching movies, going to gigs, and gaming occasionally when I get time. I enjoy cafe hopping with friends and going to a market.

Budget: $320-$380 (or up to $400 inc. bills) per week and looking for long term 1-2 years with the option of extending.
