Hey future housemate! I'm Kurt, 22, and currently moving from Port Macquarie to start at UNSW on the 16th of Feb. I'll be in Sydney from Jan 15th onwards and looking for somewhere ASAP so I can get properly settled before uni kicks off.

I'm clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I cook for myself, keep shared areas tidy, and I'm up for hanging out but also respect when people need their own space. Non-smoker and don't drink. I'm after somewhere that feels like home, not just somewhere to crash.

Looking for somewhere central with decent public transport, and housemates who are chill and take care of shared spaces. Happy to start with a shorter lease (3-6 months) and potentially extend if it's a good fit.
