**Flexible on dates & length of stay, looking for the right vibe!**
Hi there!
We're Joel (he/him) and Zoe (she/her). Both Melbourne born & raised, recently moved home after a couple of years abroad travelling and living in Canada. We're in search of a sublet (anywhere from 3 weeks - 2 or 3 months) while we re-establish ourselves and prepare to find our own place to lease.
Joel is working full-time in rope access (you know, the people you see hanging from high-rises cleaning the windows & doing repairs?). Zoe is formerly a management consultant, currently in search of her next role. Re finances, we have a good chunk of savings behind us and are happy to pay upfront to secure the sublet.
We're queer/queer friendly and wanting to live with people who are likewise. We're also big animal lovers and happy to make friends with your cat/dog/lizard etc.
We both have hobbies and a fully established social circle in Melbourne so would be looking for a quiet but friendly place to base ourselves for a little bit. We consider ourselves to be very clean and house-proud and would love to live with people who are similar.
If we sound like we could be a fit we'd love to chat! We also have plenty of references from previous arrangements (we've done a lot of house-sitting in the past as well as rentals through private landlords who can attest to all of the above).
